ok, after doing the whole search thing, and reading up on things, I see that there are simulators available that disable the airbag system, most appear just to be a ground and a 2 Ohm resisitor of some variety, and that's about it.
Does anyone have one of these simulators and a multimeter who could find what pins bear what resistance, or a link to a website that sells the simulators cheap?
I can't see how people can charge USD$50 for a component and plug that would cost all of $5 to make.
