All parts required for a t56 swap in a 98 Gt 5 speed?

Ok guys i need some help here i dont know where to start either.. I would like to upgrade to a t-56 from a t-45 but im starting to think that its gonna take alot of money...I know I need a new driveshaft, crossmember...ect....what else do i need for me to be able to stick one in my car? Can i use one that came out of a 03-04 cobra? What all is require guys....if you can help or atleast know of a place that can help i would appreciate it...I know D and D performance deal with them but they only have a kit of 99-04 cars....help guys?

you would need a crossmember a mechanical speedo sensor and a shorter driveshaft. i did the swap about 2 months ago and it is worth every penny!!

call D&D i bet they can hook you up with everything you need.

It might sound weird(to the manual guys at least), but I would do a built automatic instead of a t-56.

should i go with a T-56 or just go with a built t-45? Atleast if i stay t-45 i wont be adding wait to the car.

t56 will give you great mileage and it shifts really nice on the street.,

If you're into 1/4 racing, yes. But I wanted a fun daily driven street car so I went auto to 6-speed. Not to mention gas milage on the highway is a LOT better than when I had the auto + 4.10 gears. No regrets here, even though I kinda suck at the track lol
