Is it possible to fix a leaky aluminum radiator? I have a Fluidyne in my '91 and it's only about a year old and looks like it may have a small leak. For some reason, I'm under the impression this cannot be done.

Another vote for JB Weld. The main problem is getting the area clean enough to make the JB weld stick. You would need to drain the radiator and then throughly clean the area with MEK or acetone. If it will stick good, it won't leak.
Another thought is to do a Google search on patching aluminum radiators. There probably are several products that are used by professional radiator shops.
