Here you go: 73-Inner-Bumper-Bkt.htm

Let me know if you need pics of anything else. It might be helpful if you could take a picture of your bracket/mounting, especially on the right side.

Your bumper isn't by any chance loose is it?

No sure isn't - it's on there pretty well.

It's raining today so I couldn't get any pics.

Here ya go man - I took a bunch more pictures of the front bumper/grill and surrounding areas - sorry it took so long - been a bit rainy. The engine came out today to get decammed and fix an oil leak at the pan so taking pictures is a lot easier now.

Are you missing the rear bumper bracket bolt on both sides? Maybe they're missing cause there's no hole to put a bolt through in that location. I don't think that frame rail hole was added till 73. Thus you only have the front bolt holding each bumper bracket and they possibly need to be angled further upward.

I am missing that rear bolt on both sides.

I added some more photos of the front of the bumper bracket as well as below it.

I may pull everything off, knock off that rust and hit them with some POR - they're looking a bit rusty. Those headlight buckets could use some repainting as well.

Do you know of the best source for a 73 bumper and grill assembly?

Wes

EDIT: Here's quick access to the photos: http://www.flickr.com/photos/wesratcliff/sets/72157594556614818/

The grill can be purchased from just about any classic mustang supplier (Mustangs Unlimited, NPD, Virginia Classic Mustang ... ). The urethane bumper and support channel have not been repo'd yet (as far as I know). Your urethane bumper appears to be in fine shape, but you'll need to take everything apart to confirm this. I don't see any obvious damage from your pictures. Here's a few shots of my Urethane bumper and Support channel.

My website is temporarily down so my links will be temporarily unavailable.

Hmmm...Looks like they restored my site from a backup, since it's back up and all the links work except for the most recent. I'll check it again this evening and re-upload that last page if necessary.
