Ive been spending alot of time surfing stangnet recently, which includes looking at other members sexy stangs. But ive noticed one thing that bothers me some, it seems im the only one with bump strips on the doors. Was this a factory option or are these aftermarket? Im fine with how they look, and they will never come off unless i repaint(yea right$$$$$$)
Is anyone else out there lusting for smooth body lines someday?

depending on how bad your paint is faded you could pull them and use adhesive remover..... but there comes a risk with that... LOL

The cars had a maaco jobber spray somewhere along its life span(multiple times), so its defiantly not doable without some paint stripping

My car has em. Honestly I don't even see them when I look at our cars if they aren't pointed out. I don't think they are very noticeable at all.

its more noticeable on brighter colors. its not highly unusual to see them but most of the guys you'll find on here tear them off.

In the past i never noticed really, because i thought they all had them, and really it doesnt bother me much, because its the only way ive ever seen my car. If i ever paint the car, they will probably come off though
