I order sumthin off of american muscle.com... but i just reliezed that i put the opposites for the billing, and shipping address.. Anybody know how i can fix that?
 
im just worried things arent gunna work out cause of this and its gunna take me forever to get my order.. i guess ill just call them monday morning and tell them that i made a mistake on the addresses
 
Never had any problem with them and I live in Canada....... 00GTPony made a mistake if he can call them before hey shipped Im sure they'll be able to fix this!!!! And are you sure that this "ebay" company is really American muscle because I have saw many **** on ebay e.g.: A seller selling ORIGINAL, 100% true, not like the other fake on ebay (<--- thats what he was saying) Passport Escort x50 without serial number made in Canada....... The thing is that Passport Escort are made in USA not in Canada so this guys was full of **** anyways!!!
 
I never had nay problems with them. Just call Monday morning you will be ok. More than likely the order will not be shipping until later in the afternoon anyways so just be sure to get a hold of them in the a.m.
 
American Muscle sucks. I ordered from their ebay company, "XoxideX," and they shipped me the wrong headlight. They responded twice in almost two weeks, and never resolved the problem.

I have a paypal claim against them as we speak. Poor customer service.

wow.. never thought id hear somebody say that.. maybe its the hawaii or e bay thing.. but AM is the best.
 
Not one problem here in several orders from Mustang Tuning (or American Muscle). They even honored a sale price after I ordered my Saleens at regular price and then they went on sale a few days later. That is customer service!:nice:
 
I had two problems with them... First they sent my chin spoiler all curled up even though I payed for oversized shipping (like 20 bucks!) then they took two weeks to actually ship it - I called and asked and they said that it "had been out of stock, and it was in stock when you ordered it, but then we sold too many so now its out of stock".

Another time, my buddy ordered a MAC h-pipe, which they listed in stock...sent him NO e-mails saying it was on back order...so after a week of not getting it, he calls them and they say it's being restocked and he'll have it next week...he calls every week for a month and gets the same thing - eventually they "fess up" and say MAC is out of stock and they won't have them for another month... I smelled BS and tell him to call MAC directly; he does, and has the H-pipe within 5 days.

I figured I should try them again and put another order in for my gears the other day...they got here in 3 days with no issues... I think it's sort of hit or miss with these guys.
 
Not a major problem here. Just call whenever you can. They're not gonna ship it to the wrong address, cuz they're not going to ship it period.

Hell, they might even call YOU to tell you your CC didn't go through. But don't count on it.
