Picked up a red 89 notch tonight original v8 car pin straight red interior (yuck) Auto , bbk intake, 70 mm throttle body brand new bbk shorties , h pipe, and flow master cat back, 93 cobra reps.new radiator , new alt, new starter, underive pulleys not installed....
wanted 4800 i got it for 3800

The bad
Needs to be repainted- body is mint and pin straight but clear is flaking was repainted once.
Rear main leaking- no big deal putting my 5 speed from my 93 hatch in it.
Dry rotted window moldings- again taking from my green car

I believe i made out awesome similar cars are going for 6 k with mint paint in the area... so happy to be back in the game !!

my third fox first with a tilt and I love it , as far as color
match I'd like to keep it correct for the year and stay black but more than that have something to break the red up

thank god you didnt lol im glad i found it. it was literally 5 min from my job like i said looks great in pics but clear is peeling big in spots . i sat on it for a night and said to myself a clean coupe cant be passed up if i get it for the right price. if i didnt get it you were my next call and i was gonna put all my stuff from my 93 in it. cl in nyc is pretty bleek for clean cars these days

thanks boys , like I said it has some ruff spots up close paint is chipping around the windshield because they never blocked it down , the antenna and the 5.0 badges in the wrong spot are killing me but I'm gonna get going soon on it like I said body is flawless , and I love the cobras
