While we are yet to tear apart the engine and figure which parts we are going to be able to use I would like to start planning ahead.

The current setup had that RV Cam. The .050 Duration is 204 intake and 214 Exhaust. Valvle lift is .448 Int and .472 Exh. And I am using the stock converter.

I would like to go with something bigger but how big can I go with the stock converter? I was looking into some other cams like the crane energizer and powermax cams, Blue racer cams, and some comp cams. So Does anybody have any suggestions? Should i go bigger, or stay with what I've got?

Your best bet would probably be to contact a cam manufacturer and see what they recomend. And be honest about what you want out of it. Don't try to pass a daily driver off as a strip car.
