Another gearing ?

I'm just getting back into mustangs.I did a little test & tune last night and have a few questions.My best run was a 12.4@112 w/ a 2.0 60 ft. after not running a car for 5 years ( I suck). I took off easy spinning 1st & 2nd on nitto drag radials and had to hit 5th before the 1000ft.I'm running a 275/50/15 nitto and plan on running a 275/50/15 MT.I hope to run mid to low 11's.

Should I use 5th gear or go to 3.73 or 3.55 to stay in 4th?

The car has 30lb injectors & a 150 dry shot.I know I need 24lb injectors but at what point do you need 30lbs injectors?

that run wasnt on the 150 shot was it? Cause i would think you would trap at least 116+ on spray. on a sidenote the 4.10s are killing you as well if you have to get into 5th, either get a taller tire or go w/ 3.73s. and about your injectors, you wont need 30lbrs unless your making some SERIOUS NA power or your boosted.

Ideally you want to cross the line at top RPM in 4th gear.

I was spraying it .I shut the nos off when I went into 5th.I will try 3.73s and see what happens.
