first off let me start with this
Well i let the car up to full temp today.........for the first time since it has been put back together..........and i have a very bad water leak........
upon further inspection etc........i found it is coming from where the coolant tubes thread down into the lower intake...........IT is cracked (intake that is) ........now here is my question i have over 150$ in port work on that lower....... plus powdercoating........can it be fixed such as drilled out larger and retapped and threaded to fit the coolant tube threads.......
so far that is the only problem i am seeing........but i expect more
someone please give me my options........other than a new intake. i want one but can't really afford it yet

You mentioned awhile back about the coating being in all the threads??? What'd you use for a thread sealer...you sealed it right???
