I have a set of shorties from a fox just laying around and my egr is deleted with my chip so should I go ahead and put them on? Will they change the sound of the car any will there be any power gains? thanks

In short, (and without personal opinion) yes, they will work. As far as I know, the only difference between Fox and 94-95 GT headers is the port for the EGR.
