any diff between 93 4 banger dash harness and 90 5.0 harness?

What year is the 140 going into? 87-89 140s are different than 90-93s. I have to custom make my 91 140 speedo fit in my 88 cluster. But yes, they will work.

Ford also changed the dashes in 90, so it will take more work to swap a 90-93 dash in a 87-89 car.
The wiring is different in 87-89 than in 90-93. Need more info on what years the cars are. If the 5.0 and 4 banger are both 93s, then I have no idea. I would say it would work fine, but I have no idea.
