Anyone in the market for the complete electronics conversion used on the 96-99 S-351. I have the computer, wiring, sensors, and other parts necessary. It won't be cheap but, not nearly as expensive as it was from Saleen. I have enough parts for two systems.

The setup he's offerering is for a 96 and up car.
Putting a pushrod engine in a modular car and keeping it emissions legal is what the parts he's selling are for.
Since you have a 5.0, you likely have a 94/95 car, which you can modify like any other 5.0 mustang.

Well I thought any 351 motor is a pushrod no matter what year the stang. If a 98 is a 351, it is a pushrod and not a modular. I guess the next question is whether or not the 96-98's got a different computer than their modular computers. My guess is that they would, but what do I know maybe you can reflash a 96 computer to handle a pushrod set up. So pushrod and modular computers are interchangeable with reflashes?

96-99 computers have to be OBD II compatible. Problem is the modular computers don't use a distributor while a pushrod motor does. You have to have a special computer to make this pushrod combo work in any car that has to be OBD II. Its not a reflash like what a 94-95 car would need to run a 351w. Thats a pushrod to pushrod swap. When you go from a distributorles to a distributor swap things get tricky. There is a option where you can take a 302 and swap to a distibutorless system (aka..96-99 Explorer). With some engineering you could possible make a modular system work on a pushrod motor but, the average or even experienced tuner would have a very tough time doing so. The conversion is expensive because it takes alot of work to build the system (and get it right). The parts are also pretty scarce.
