Probably needs new air struts. I got the later model ones for my 94 Mark and have no problems since. Pretty fast for a 3800 pound monster!

it's a 93, I can pick it up for $1200

i have a friend with that exact car. they replaced the air strut system with coil springs and the car has been great ever since! even handles pretty darn well too.

The Lincoln Mark VIII is in south Louisiana. And to answer ashford's question , I have one of those too for cheap. Needs a motor and transmission. If I had the time and could figure out the swap, I'd buy the Lincoln and swap in the DOHC motor and trans into the 96 Crown Vic cop car.
