any one have a SPEC STG. 3

does anyone have a SPEC stg.3 clutch if so how does it perform im sure good but is the shift smooth? ruff? i know it will make little chatter noises till it breaks in . Im gonna oreder a TKO and a pro 5.0 shifter then alot of motor work i do power shift alot alot of road racing

I love mine. Mind you, its not a stock clutch, but it holds. It chatters a bit at first but eventually calms down. The clutch is pretty much off or on because of that. The disc doesn't like to slip. According to the tech at SPEC, I was told to pop the clutch when pulling out (Spinning the tires a little.). You'll love it. I also have a TKO and Pro 5.0 and the combo you'll love. Shifts fine. The TKO will take a few days to get used to, but you'll be glad you did!

yeah t5's don't like stage 3 clutchs thats for sure. The shock on the drivetrain is unbelievable. I have a stage 1 and it chatters enough for what it is. I hate it.

Nutty explained it perfectly. I don't have a Spec in my car but a friend of mine has a the stage 3 in his 04 Cobra and I've driven it several times.
