Hello fairly new to the site. I was wondering if anybody here knew of any cool rare (OEM+) parts that might be out there, either that people have forgotten about or ones so rare they're fairly unattainable. I'm thinking something along the lines of how there's old NISMO GTR parts or old BMW Mtech, Alpina, etc. This is the first Fox I'm building as an adult and think having an oem+/period correct type feel is cooler than off the shelf aftermarket parts that everyone might have, if they exist.

Ford Motorsport or SVO branded parts.

Like valve covers, plug wires, intake plaques, banners, license plates, etc

There are various old school intake manifolds that are very rare.. i'd say the vortech intake, roush intake, first gen bbk intake, and varoius breadbox style intakes.

Did any of you guys see the old school " Motorsports " windshield banner at National Parts Depot. Made for Foxbodies its the eighties Ford decal. Blue and white reminds me of old Nascar when it was Nascar

I think Ford Motorsport sold a rebranded Powerdyne at one time.

I hadn't seen those motorsport decals. Man, that is cool. The quarter window one is pretty sweet.

Seeing these, I had to break out the old photo album...... I loved those decals. Much nicer logo than the new Ford Racing

Yup I remember them. They were produced by CompCams labeled Hartman. You can still order them thru CompCams but they are only in black now and no stickers

Wow that's crazy. Were they for a stock lower or GT40 style?

I personally only saw one in person and it was for a stock lower. I'm sure they had to have offered a version for the gt40 though.. well maybe
