Probably ought to post more details about what you're trying to accomplish with the car, how is it used, do you have to pass emissions (or might someone that you'll sell it to), what kind of car it is (that would be really helpful), manual or auto tranny, if auto what kind of stall converter, what kind of rear gear, daily driver or pleasure only, is it raced?, if so what kind of racing - drag, autocross, road racing, how much time do you have to spend in traffic -stop and go situations, is the car air conditioned, the list goes on and on. The answers to questions like that have a bearing on what cam is gonna help you accomplish what you want to with the car.
I've got a similar set up - Explorer intake, 65mm t/b, 75mm ProM, 1.7 rr, FRPP shorties, Y303 heads. I went with a custom cam from Buddy Rawls - couldn't be happier. Mine is daily driven street car, not raced.
