I've got 9" rims and I've been considering running 285/40/17's (specifically Nitto's) on my rears. Anybody else running these size tires on a 9" rim. How's the fit (i.e. too much side bulge)?
I think the 275 looks great on there, at least with my Kumho 712's. I know different tires are a little wider than others, and these are pretty wide. @85 should fit just fine though!!
