Anyone else have a problem with Youtube sucking?

Everytime I go to watch a video it only loads half-way through. I even cleared my cookies and cache; then I spoke to some of my friends and they said it does it to them too. Kinda sucks cause I used to kill a lot of time on there.

I've stopped going there because it seems that most vids don't want to load-up at all on mine.
