Anyone had an experience with Explicit Auto

I ordered "retro gauge rings" from them about two weeks ago. I got an email a week later saying he would send them out, and today I got an email saying he mislabeled the original set's address and would resend some out this morning. Anyone had any trouble with Explicit Auto or any feedback?
