Interested in the older version, not the new "Sound Deflection Technology" mufflers. How does it sound& how loud compared to the other kits out there?

i have the performer kit---not the std
it is pretty quiet--i have shorties, o/r x. it is along the lines of a dynomax or magnaflow as far as sound, maybe a little more aggressive.
i am overall happy with it, mostly due to the noise level not being obnoxious---i only have 300rwhp so i don't want to sound like a nascar.
