Dunno, been looking at the 05 but they are nice and all but I'm not overly impressed. The dealer offered me $9,500 to trade my 93 in but I'm not planning on getting rid of it or the 97. After driving the 05 there was definetly improvements done to the chassis but I find my cars to be more fun. I guess I'll just wait and see what SVT will bring out next.

Who the hell offered you $9500 for your 93. They only offered me $4000 trade-in for my 95

It's a 93 Cobra. GT's are a dime a dozen.

Yeah, 93 Cobras go for a lot of money, even as trade in's, if in good shape and lower miles.

Yea, I have buyer's remorse.

I really regret that I bought my 2001 GT (used exactly 2 years ago) instead of waiting for a 2005 GT.

I regret not waiting for 03 cobra instead of my 99 gt (though that woulda been a 4 year wait)

no regret on the 05s. not until it doesn't look like granny's sedan

Newflash to you,,, they do make alot of Mustangs every year BUT you see LOTS of V6's and then alot of GT's,,, but its not everyday you see Cobra,,,
so they're not ALL a dime a dozen,,, you can get a better trade in Value for a 2000 Cobra than a 2004 GT,,,,

You know he is right, the 2000 cobra is not a dime a dozen at all. How many of you guys have seen a 2000 cobra? I never have I would bet that the trade in value on that would be very good.

Thats because no cobras were made in 2000. Except for the Cobra R, which they made 300 of.

i went from a 500 hp 04 cobra to the 05 and i like the 05 better. before you all yell at me i still own a 9 sec 93 coupe. the cobra was awesome but it rattled and the IRS made alot of noise, the 05 is so much better on a day to day basis. besides, as soon as the whipple is available, power problem solved!
