I'm thinking about some electric exhaust cutouts, i've been looking at the pypes ones that american muscle sells. Anyone have any advice on brands or anything pertaining to them?

I've heard that they don't do much for power in our cars... but if you want to make a lot of noise, eat your heart out.

My tuner was rather surprised when I gained 5 RWHP with them open. But that's with fairly aggressive cams and long tubes (and pre-blower). They do make some nice noise, though.

do you have the pypes ones? do they seal right?
I don't really care if they make power, its really more for the 'cool' factor haha...
