Anyone with 4.10's have a video inside the car? Don't have the cash for them just yet but im so curious how often you have to be shifting.

P.S. NO RACING, i'm talking normal daily driving... shifting around 2.5-3k.

what if my normal daily driving is shifting around 5000 rpm :D :D j/k

While I dont have any videos, I'm going to say it's not that much different than 3:73s. To be honest I feel that 1st gear is useable. It's very short but It is usable.. I like my gears :nice:

I shift at 6,700 :D

Actually i am very glad i went with 4.10s, with my cams and my grabby clutch it is hard to drive the car below 2,000 rpm. It looks like i dont know how to drive a stick, its fun driving in tight parking spots or a traffic jam. 1st gear is very usable with 4.10s, stock or slightly modified.

Your best bet is to find sombody with 4.10s and drive there car, or ride with them. Where do you live?

Ive looked all over and can't find anyone with 4.10's (or 3.73's for that matter).
Even with the stock gears, 1st is pretty short so that freaks me out but oh well.

So 4.10s aren't much worse than 3.73 huh? Lol... ok then, how bad are 3.73's? Ive never had either.

Installed 4:10's this past weekend. Glad I did. I don't race (unless some douchbag wants to try to beat me to the next light). My car is a daily driver. They are perfect gears overall in normal daily driving IMO.
