I'll have to try the Tamiya products. I haven't been too happy with the Testors rattle cans lately.
DAMN YOU... this thread makes me want to go buy a model and work on it... You guys suck.

Nice job man!!!! That's coming out killer. I can't wait to see it finished. We need a thread for fox specific models. I know there is only so many of us who have the time or whatever, but I'm sure there's quite a few members who do enjoy seeing them.
I received my resin LX bumpers yesterday. They need work, but there are no LX hatch models out there, so I will make do. I attached a crappy pic to give an idea.
I worked on getting some fatter rubber under the back of mine and started on the tail lights, then mocked it all up for a teaser shot..

I may try to tuck the wheels in a little further, we'll see.

You need to get the North Racecars brackets and fox length axles.
Hey where did you get the rims and the meats from, did you buy them separately?
I just got a '99 Cobra model yesterday and I cant imagine it coming out right without some fat wheels in the back. Not to mention I'd like to change the rims on my '93 if I could.
Tip: The best way I found to do detail paint is to dip the tip of a toothpick in the paint jar and kinda 'glob' it on. I imagine that method would work well for those wheels. I think iIuse more toothpics than paintbrushes.
As a matter of fact they are. How did you know? This is my first time ever using resin. Like I said, the pic is crappy, but the bumpers should clean up nice.
