I noticed this awhile ago. I dont remember it being gradual or if it just happened but Im not sure. It seems as though the clear is pitting. Its mostly on the front bumper but there is some on the back bumper and the side scoops. It seems like its a reaction with the plastic. Its not on the spoiler though. I though it was rock chips at first but there are thousands of them and I can tell the difference between them and the chips. It doesnt look as bad as the pics since they were taken in fluorescent lights with a flash but its bad enough.

I took it to a detail shop and they said it was down to the primer under the clear. They were stumped at how it happened and so am I.

Ouch that sucks. From the pics that looks worse than what mine looked like. I had clear spots or rings under the clear coat on my spoiler. it was sorta hard to see in the wrong light...luckily i was under warranty still and they repainted it for free. at first they were trying to tell me it was water spots!
they said that every once in a while they'll have some defects when painting parts in the assembly line, but won't stop it for one...so that's what they warranty is for. that's what the ford guy told me.

Yes I have the same problem on my black GT. There are permenant water spots on top of the spoiler. I can't feel them because they're under the clearcoat.
