Anyone in NJ area wanna help me out???

Haha, since everyone knows now .... I was getting pissed. I tried to scribe it a couple of times and still couldn't see it. So grabbed a set of long rubber-handled vise grips and clamped some sandpaper in them. Then crawled under the car & proceded let the car scribe it's own marks. Kind of an adrenaline rush .... with a big dose of stupidity. Once again, DON'T DO THAT!

Just start its easy!!!it will all come together!!! **** i can take off and install lower and upper intake and startt the car in less then a hr. Its simple. BTW. After you intall the lower intake. Make sure you use liquid gasket(that crap that comes in a tube im having brain fart) on the front of the intake instead of the rubber pieces that it comes with. Hell i can give you my number and you can call me for instant help if you want

Its not that dangerous from under the car. I thiught you did it from the top. Now that would of been dumb

Adam, it's not that hard. Really. If you're really worried about getting it done "in time", just wait until you have a few consecutive days off so you can be sure. I know you can do it, though. It appears time & tools are your only possible enemies. You have SN .... the best resource!

BTW, Guero is referring to RTV. Use that instead of the rubber gaskets. Those gaskets end up leaking 99% of the time.

I did my Heads, cam and intake with a 90 piece set from Crescent, other than the torque wrench pulley puller all which i just rented. You dont need that many tools

Man ive lived on stang net the last month... i mean hell look at my post count already... lol

Those look like fairly fresh welds on the cats. Maybe the previous owner had to repair the shields or something.

There is a smog line going to the H-pipe. I deleted my smog crap, so I never hooked it up. Most H-pipes come with a bung welded in so you can attach it. Just get a small piece of high-temp. hose and slap it on there. You CAN drive with it disconnected until you get somewhere to get a piece of hose.
