Im looking to make my own gauge cluster with autometer cobalt gauges... I have my template done and im buying the gauges sometime next week... I just need the answer to one question...

The cluster on my 95 GT has a digital odometer and tripmeter... is it possible to convert this to a digital odometer  ? if it is i would appreciate any tech info !! thanks in advance

I think you typed one digital and didn't mean it. Do you want to convert to a digital or from a digital?

im confused as well. do you want one or dont want one? if you are trying to convert to a digital, my opinion is DONT DO IT. that is something that is very in depth. that deals with all sorts of wires and computers. more of a headache in my opinion. but just my 2 pennies

the cobalt gauges come with a digital (computer type) number display for the odometer... the stock cluster has the numbers that turn (analog)... if it possible to switch from the analog to digital ? hope that clears everything up... not too worried about cost i've been saving for this project for some time... thanks again !!

I wonder if the speedo automatically records the odo digitally based on the speedo input? I can't imagine that they expect you to have a seperate input for both the speedo and odo. Check the docs on the cobalt gauges. If this is the case, then you don't need to do anything.
