Anyone know of any "thin" spring isolators?

Ok...so I had the top isolators all the way out of the rear on the car and it made noise in the right rear. I did have it taped. I then put the stock rubber isolators back on and the noise is gone. Issue is that the rear is just slightly too high and without the isolator, it was where it needs to be. Does anyone know of a thinner isolator than the stock one that I can run in the rear? I've contemplated just making one, but wanted to ask if there was one already made first! Thanks for the help everyone!

Yeah...maybe I just didn't wrap it enough. I may try that again. Just wanted to see if there were any other options. Thanks.

For a while I used electrical tape with no issues.

Just make sure you go about 4-5 layers with it, lol.
