Anyone know the pinouts on a 2003 Cobra MAF

Sorry I posted this in the 4.6 forum...

I am fitting a 03 Cobra MAF to my 2001 CLK55 Supercharged.

Does anyone know what pins do what on the MAF. Basically what is the 12V, Ground, ECU, Air Temp???, etc.

Maybe where I can get this info?

I need to wire this into my current harness this weekend.
