Anyone know what the Evaporator Gasket Vacuum Line Does???

Anyone know what the Evaporator Gasket Vacuum Line Does??? Is it related to A/C.. two passenger side vacuum lines through firewall. One is the Evaporator Gasket Vacuum line which I have no idea what that does.. and I have no idea what the other line is for.. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!!

It must be the feed to the HVAC control panel inside the car
