Are those spacers on the back there? If so, what size and brand do you use? Any concerns using them?

The tires need a 10.5" rim. You "might" be able to put them on a 10", but nothing smaller. These tires are 1.5" wider than a 315 Nitto 555R.

Right now, two guys are fighting over the tires, if they back out, I'll let you all know.

Yes those are 1" H&R Spacers. Not one issue with them, they were great.
