Anyone play gears of war for xbox 360?

Man it takes alot for me to be impressed by modern games but this game is OFF THE CHAIN especially the multiplay. Somebody put alot of time into this one!

Of course I do play it with surround sound on a 55inch hdtv

55" HDTV ive got a 360 but i dont have gears of war yet. when i finish fixing my gears i will buy it and double agent, since my cousin wants to play it but he doesnt have a 360 but his dad has a huge plasma hdtv not sure of exact size but its big i only have a 27" tv but its better then a 18" tv

I just rented it last night. I haven't played multiplayer yet but plan on doing that today. So far the game is pretty fun.

That will be a big negative. Microsoft is fixing to launch Vista which will have Direct X 10. Theres not a console out there that will touch the graphics on a good computer. Microsoft and others just spent a crap load of money for Direct X 10 games. Look for them to come out big time around Feb. early March.

Still waiting on my Wii preorder to come in... I did get to play it at E3 this year though - lot of fun.

Yea I heard about that. Dont you have to have like a $550+ video card though. I heard thast NO current video cards can handle DX10. I saw some screen shots of a game on DX10 and it was pretty fricking cool.
