Just curious if anyone on here ran across a white supra on rt 30 heading east down by coatesville PA on Thanksgiving. It was a nice metallic racing blue 05+, thats all I know.
I was watching him as he hung behind me for a while then he punched it from a few cars back. I was waiting in third and hit it when he got to my rear bumper. I expected he'd stop pulling immediately but to my surprise he got about 2 car lengths ahead before I stopped his pull and started reeling him. Let off at this point because of a car further up in my lane.
Later on we got the oppurtunity to line up. I don't normally do alot of racing on the road but it was completely clear. We lined up at ~85 and I let him have the hit. He got about a 1/4 car before I started pulling and by about 110(ish?) I think I had about 3 cars by that point.
Anyway, I was completely surprised that his car hung that well, even though I short shifted out of 4th. His car looked nice and he was a nice guy and gave a wave, but my supra puts down about 485whp at 19psi, and I hit 17 pounds in 4th and 19lbs in 5th. I've had only a slightly harder time pulling a 400hp gto(my only other race), and I was running 12psi for that.
So....is it anyone on the boards, and any mods done to the car? I swore it looked stock.
