Just curious if anyone here has tried to rebuild a wheel hub. It can be done, because someone has to rebuild them for parts stores to be able to sell reman'd units. Obviously it would require a press and wouldn't be as easy for the typical shade tree mechanic to do compared with the older style bearing assemblies with seperate bearings/races, and I figure that's why no one sells seperate bearings to rebuild the newer style hubs.
So has anyone ever tried it, or at least thought about trying it?
