I've got 275/35/18 on 18x9" rims in the back, with a 1" spacer... and I've never had any rubbing issues.

18x10 saleen replicas here and YES THEY DO RUB.
rolled the fenders. problem solved.

it really depends on the offset of the rim. ALSO a lot of the people who posted only have 9 or 9.5" wide rims in the rear....

what rims were you thinking merc?

they will most likely rub due to the fact that 18x10 saleen replicas sit almost flush with the fender with a 295 tire on there....

fender rolling is not too much of a big hassel at all though. and your car may not even rub the same as mine did. every cars a lil different.

the 18" Steeda Ultralights that I am wanting to buy are lighter than my 17" stock wheels, and my 17" chrome cobras....so how do you figure?

Don't get uppers unless you only want straight line gains. Changing the uppers will cause bind.

18x10.5's in rear of my 98 Vert no rubbing issues here, plus it's lowered with Steeda superlite coils.
