Anything to say about SLP Loudmouth Cat Backs?

Does anyone have any 1st hand information on slp loudmouth exhaust cat backs? I have a 97 Cobra and was wonderin if theyd sound nice. Also, would there be a big difference in sound with the stock h pipe and and off road h pipe? Any advice? Thanks .

my friend just put them on his Mach 1... basically the same engine as your car... sounded sickly awesome

another friend also has them on his camaro, that too is freakin awesome..

most likely my next mod is the LM

I have JBA shorties, mac off road Hpipe and SLP loud mouth catback on my 1996 GT. I really like it. It can be very very loud when throttle but its quite on the highway and at idle.

Have you gotten any trouble from the police? How long did it take to install the off road pipe and the catbacks?

no real problems with police. They all know me where I live and usually leave me alone. I just had the "mufflers" welded in because I had a flowmaster exhaust before and my tailpipes are custom to go with my rear bumper (cervinis stalker) but my buddy just put his on his 96 GT, said it was pretty easy.

I have the SLP exhaust on an 04 GT. It is hooked up to a Mac H pipe with cats. Lets just say when you hit the throttle its LOUD......REALLY LOUD. I love it ,but it can attract attention, (COPS )

i have it on my ls1 and i wouldnt change it for the world

Love mine, but it was too loud/raspy without cats, so i put some on and am 100% satisfied.
