aod oil line removal

im doing a t5 swap. ive searched for about an hour now and looked on the guide on the internet. they just say to remove them. do i need to plug it at the radiator or how do i go about doing this

if you do not plug it at the radiator the remaining fluid will leak out. you might want to cut the lines leaving about an inch before the radiator an get some rubber tubing and loop them. or you can just remove them an let them drain for a few days while to work on the swap.

I would pick up a couple pipe threaded brass plugs from the local hardware / home store and plug them up or, like lang said, will leak out and you could feasibly get something in there over time and compromise the radiator.

The threaded caps are the way to go.

I believe they are 1/8" pipe or 1/4" pipe thread.

Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to use Teflon tape on the threads of those pipe plugs, as well.
