AOD OR AODE

I was just wondering if the 92 and 93 came with an aode. I have seen some ads that said they did and some that said they didn't. Im very confused!

Mustangs had AODs through the end of the 93 model year and the AODE started with the 94 models. I have a 93 GT with an AOD

Correct. The processor's for 94's changed and that is when the trans became electronically controlled.

If a TV cable is absent, chances are you are lookin at an AODE (or someone who implemented a stand-alone trans computer).
