AOD REMOVAL????????

I'm doing my AOD to T5 swap... i did the pedals...now I'm removing the AOD.... the AOD cooler lines....i don't wanna **** things up, cuz when i got the car, the ac was removed. What do the cooler lines go too? and how do i COMPLETELY remove anything to do with the AOD in that matter (cooling..)?

is their a small rad ?

any help would be appreciated

The cooler lines run from the AOD to the drivers side of the radiator.

is their a small rad connected to those cooler lines??

cuz theirs a small looking rad..about 9 x 6. sitting in front of the rad(between the engin & rad)

If you are not the original owner is it possible that it could be equipped with an aftermarket transmission cooler?

50 Resto has one from Ford Racing that measures 7.25"x11" for $60 that is held on the rad with plastic mounts that are kinda like zip ties.

click on link below good info. on aod to t-5 swap.... and follow the lines on that cooler if they lead back and connect to the tranny either via thru radiator cooler or not then you can remove them.. post some pictures....

OK I CHECK IT OUT.. THEIRS TWO LINES COMMING FROM THE AOD TRANNY.. ONE GOES TO THE SMALL RAD...AND THEN TO THE BIG RAD( DRIVERS SIDE) AND RETURNS BACK TO THE SMALL RAD, THEN BACK TO THE TRANNY...I GUESS I SHOULD REMOVE ALL THAT SINCE IM CHANGINF MY RAD TO A FLUIDYN ALUM MANUAL RAD... RIGHT??
