Ok so Im driving the 95' GT today and all of a sudden there is smoke in the cabin and the transmission starts to shift funny. I pull off the road and I check everything out and there is transmission fluid all over the under carriage of the car! I could not see exactly where it was coming from cause it was just everywhere. Are there any sort of exposed lines or hoses which would cause it to disperse the way it did? I could not get a good look at the tranny fluid pan so I could not tell if it was cracked or not. The mechanic was closed today so I could not get it assessed yet.

There's probably no way of knowing without crawling under there and looking. It'll have trans cooler lines that run to the radiator and back, but that's not necessarily where it came from. Could also be the dipstick tube, front seal, rear seal, around any electrical connection, shift linkage, pan, etc. There's just too many places it could come from to guess.

Turns out that a clamp from one of the hoses came loose and spewed everything out. Was a cheap job
