Hello

Is there anyway to convert the aode over to a mechanical shift versus the electronic solenoid.I'm trying to figure out how to switch over to a 93 computer using the pro -m kit but you need a 5 speed to do it or an aod.I was trying to make the aode stupid so i could swap.

Bauman transmission makes a stand alone trans computer. It costs about $500. I think it's fullly adjustable and you can use your cruse control button to control the shifts if you want to.

you could also get a full manual valve body, i dont think you need the computer if you have that kind of setup
