are all nitrous bottles equal??

i scored a nitrous intercooler sprayer for FREE today for helping a guy with his wifes flat tire. it is just the spray bar with the braided line that goes to the solenoid. i still need a bottle, soleniod and the feed line.

i have been looking at the polished bottles on ebay. i want a polished one b/c the bottle will be mounted on the rear seat delete. i have found them from $120 all the way to $290. would the cheap bottle like this one be good for the sprayer? or should i look for something more expensive

There is no difference in bottles only sizes. The only thing they could change inside would be the sipon hose

so basically any bottle will be fine for the sprayer, right?

Yes. Sprayers won't really do much, honestly. Might help between passes to spray to cool it off, but you can just do that with a rose sprayer full of water/methanol

the guy that gave it to me said he picked up over 60 rwhp on the dyno with it. that was spraying thewhole timeit was WOT.
he works at the local shop and says that the least gain they have seen is 40 rwhp.

if the intercooler spray doesnt do much on the dyno i can always turn it into a dry shot

Ask the seller if it includes the siphon tube, as the bottle that I purchased on ebay didn't. Luckily I have two bottles so I just took the siphon tube off of my extra for the time being
