Just had a BBK catted x pipe installed. The stock midpipe had 4 catalytic converters and this new one only has 2. Is this legal in Florida? ALSO a while back I put a catback exhaust on. And the right tailpipe was made a bit differently than the left in that it was a pain to get on and it's touching the fuel tank. I should probably get this fixed? If so how; I tried adjusting the hanger and no luck
