Get the urethane mounts. You'll hate the solids the instant you fire up the car and you feel every lope from the cam.

I just installed these a few weeks ago. Solid mounts will work but like he said above, you will feel everything.

I run Moroso solids and it is quite shakey. It's not too bad, but definitely noticeable. The most annoying this is the vibrations going through my arms, I hate that feeling.

I installed the same mounts a few days ago in my car and i am quite pleased. The motor doesn't vibrate much at all and are much better than my friends car with solid mounts where you can feel every vibration in the world.

The mounts have no bearing on how high of RPM the engine can sustain. That's determined by a balanced high quality rotating assembly, quality valvetrain, and a good tune. On top of that, depending on how high you're planning on spinning it, the block may come into play as a weakness, too. All solid mounts will do is help transfer power through the chassis, but also through you. Definitely not something I'd want in a street car, personally.
