are these numbers good for compression?

my car has been sitting for about 8 months, started at least 1 time every 7-10 days. i noticed water comming out of my tailpipes yesterday and got scared that it could be a HG. everyone else around here said not to worry because my car has been sitting awhile, so i bought a compression kit and heres how she read

4-175
5-180
6-175
7-175
8-180
seems to look good to me. are these numbers high, if so does it mean anything? i dident have the throttle body open, was i supposed to?

Looks good to me. Yes you should have TB open, it gives a better reading, but seeing you did all 8 the same way thats a very good reading. and yes youll have to burn that condensation out of the exhaust. Id get a lttle heat in the engine and then change oil too
