Take a pic of the heads and post it. I have seen those things inside and out. Make sure you get both the valve side and the rocker arm side.

Couldn't tell by looking at the cam .. sorry. Those numbers aren't even familiar. Did you try googling them? Where are the numbers located?

the numbers on the cam were on the back,no other numbers on it.on the heads they were under the valve covers by the rockers.I dont have the heads off yet, didnt want to take them off yet unless I knew they were the stock heads

A stock HO cam should have a lift of .277" measured on the cam. Just measure it. If it has .277" lift the chances are pretty good that it's a stock HO cam.

Well, yes they are stock heads....but it's still tough to see which.

They could be either E5's, E6's or E7's.

Do you have an inspection mirror? Look under the head where the pushrod guides are for a part number. The first two digits are what ou are looking for (E5, E6 or E7)

The p/n will be on the 2nd cylinder back on the driver's side and the 3rd back on the pass side..like here. It's 4 letters/numbers...the first 2 will tell the story

These say E7TE
