Well I'm not exactally sure but I would say theres probably a tiny screw on the side of the handle.. If there is then take that out and the handle should slide up and come off.. As for the e-brake you would have to remove the center console at least unbolt the back of it and maybe there will be enough room to remove the bolts for the e-brake
