ATF GUIDANCE IS HERE!

I'm no lawyer, but someone with "unregistered" SBR's is legal now? Is that what I'm understanding? Asking for a friend.
That's a good question but "someone" might be better off asking a lawyer that is versed in this area rather than taking internet advise since future admins may be out for blood to those freedom loving folks.

ATF just released guidance on our massive victory in our "One Big Beautiful Lawsuit," which struck down the registration requirements for short barreled firearms and suppressors.

I tried to post more of the news but the formatting was all screwed up.
THe ATF is a lazy and unorganized organization that lets criminals get away with filing FFL permits and not followingb through with registrations and the stores they open,

Most use a shell address and buy guns under a straw buyer that after the registration gets turned into a corporation using the straw identities initials registered as Sportings Goods under the NAICS code seeings the crook cant legally run a gun store from a residential home.

When a FFL holder buy guns/ammo the ATF checks purchases by the registered name not registration number and when the straw identity shows no guns purcased the ATF doesnt send out field agents...

People like I describe show a storefront address thats either a share office addess for $75/mo or they leave out the unit numberand stockpile guns like this inside their homes. without the ATF ever knowing because of their inept policies and laziness in inspecting every gunshop/registered FFL owner due to a lack of field agents and manpower.....

Meanwhile as far as the Topic ...;- you can go on websites and get specs of silencers of all different types all day....

If the websites didnt exist most of the silencers wouldnt.....
