ok, i did this over the summer this year, so il try to help ya out. i used the t3650 though, so there might be some little differences. you dont have to get a new driveshaft, but may as well while you are down there. you can swap the yoke etc if you want and save a little $. you are going to need tranny... duh lol, bellhousing for you i think (mine was part of the tranny) clutch disc, pressure plate, pressure plate bolts (re use tranny to block bolts) flywheel. umm there are also the pilot bearing and release bearing and the clutch fork and its pivot stud. on mine there was a little "dust boot" on the side of tranny i had to buy. its like a rubber rectangle thats 60 bucks from ford lol. your gonna need a shifter knob etc. tranny wiring harness and a manual ecu. clutch cable, maybe an adjuster, and the quadrant. and pedal assembly. a couple brackets for the cable too. i am sure im leaving some stuff out. haha i had to use the head bolts off a taurus for my flywheel bolts... fun stuff
once again, mine was an 01. im sure there are differences. but thats the basics that i can remember off the top of my head.
